Cake Sale for victims of Typhoon Haiyan
There was a Typhoon Haiyan in the Philippines. It has destroyed many peoples homes. Lot of people are suffering from the Typhoon. People are sick from drinking dirty water. They need food, water and shelter. Hundreds of people were killed and injured from the Typhoon. If you don’t know what a Typhoon is it is a really big strong storm. If you want to donate money to help the Philippines get clean water, fresh food and shelter that would be brilliant.
Our class is doing a cake/sweet sale on Friday the 22nd of November. We are also doing a rag day on the 22nd as well. We will be accepting donations to help the Philippines. The prices will be around 20c/50c for the cake/sweet sale. It will be in the G.P hall. All the classes will be given a time to come to the G.P hall. We are asking people to bake for it. If you bring in something you or your parents baked we would be most grateful. NO NUTS ALLOWED IN WHAT YOU ARE BAKING.
